We are family..
I think he placed so much stress on that rule because once you start acting like a family things in the classroom will run smoothly and everyone will soon learn how to be respectful.
My rules in the classroom would be
1.Be respectful.
2.We are all equal.
3.Think positive.
4.Come with a purpose.
5.Learn something new everyday
